We really like having found a good GF flour blend with no cellulose. There’s no reason to have wood pulp in our flour, right?! 😅 Anyway, this is great for our pancakes and waffles, homemade pizza doughs, or an occasional cake. 😍

It can be difficult to find a good gluten free flour blend that isn't too dry or too heavy on 1 ingredient vs another. This is a great gluten free choice for the majority of recipes we like it in. Good results with it!
