International Refund Policy

International Orders outside the USA are not available for returns or exchanges.

United States Refund Policy

At this time we do not provide exchanges of any kind. Where a product is not received or is damaged we will not provide a replacement, but will provide a refund for those who meet the conditions of this policy.

Canceling orders prior to 15 business days will incur a restocking fee of 25%. We do our best to ensure your order is shipped as soon as possible. Deliveries that are refused, rejected, and returned will not be available for refunds. Any deliveries that are rejected due to insufficient address, incorrect address, or any other issues with an undeliverable address are non-refundable.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must contact us. We will request photographic proof of the packing slip, any damage, or other proof of the problem. Once approved for the return, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. Some items in returned orders may incur a restocking fee of 10-20% of the original order total.

Return shipping costs will not be covered by Terra Powders LLC. The return shipping costs are your responsibility. Unless otherwise instructed, items are not to be returned with a signature required.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase less the costs of shipping charged on the original purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way upon our return receipt of it, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. We may offer store credit, but retain the right to do so at our sole discretion.
