I THINK FAIR TRADE IS VERY IMPORTANT. THE MORE INGREDIENTS WE CAN USE THAT ARE FAIR TRADE CERTIFIED VERSUS NOT, HELPS MAKE A DIFFERENCE FOR OUR WORLD. THIS AGAVE IS DELICIOUS SO WHY NOT?!?
