Pudding is delicious. When you choose plant based ingredients, it can also be 100% nutritious too!
Chia seeds are one of the healthiest foods on the planet. They're loaded with micronutrients and are rich in omega-3's.
This recipe is completely free of dairy and gluten. There's no corn syrup or corn starch. No standing over a hot stove to "stir continuously" making sure it doesn't scorch. There's no cooking involved at all in fact.
You simply shake all the ingredients up in a jar and chill. Literally—you can chill while it chills! ;)
Easy Four Ingredient Vegan Chia Pudding
1/3 Cup Chia Seeds
1-2 Tablespoons Real Maple Syrup, Agave, or Monk Fruit Syrup
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Cup Plant Based Milk (Your choice. We love almond the most here.)
Directions
Combine everything in a mason jar style container with lid. Shake to combine. Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour, then shake again. Chill overnight. Serve and enjoy cold.
You can even customize the flavors if you want. Add some Dragon Berry Powder or Golden Cocoa for fruity flavor or chocolaty goodness. Garnish with fresh picked berries or drizzle some nut butter on top when serving.
This super simple dairy free pudding recipe will have you smiling spoonful after spoonful.

Even better (and easier) than we expected. Next time we’re doing some add in customizations lol like organic cocoa and maybe cacao nibs. a recipe keeper for sure!
Just wanted to let y’all know we’ve been making this fantastic recipe ever since you sent it to us in a newsletter….I don’t know maybe a year ago. We love it! Very tapioca like, but easy, gluten free & it’s wonderfully creamy with no dairy.
